Comfort Inn & Suites Winchester

Had a great stay at Comfort Inn! Justin at the front desk was super friendly and attentive, making check-in a breeze. The hotel is very pet-friendly — I even saw a few pups during my stay! It's in a great location with plenty of restaurants nearby. The hotel and room were spotless, making for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Highly recommend!

I've never stayed in this hotel. The area seems safe. If you are traveling as a single female. There are a few places to eat very close by within walking distance. The breakfast is severely lacking. There's no oatmeal and no bagels. The coffee they offer is lackluster at best. I found hair in my shower but the rest of the room appeared clean. There were a lot of issues with getting signal for the television, so they might need to work on that if you're the type of person who likes to sit and relax and watch TV in the evenings. I stayed on the top floor. It was quiet. However, it took forever to get hot water and the hot water wouldn't stay for very long. They do allow pets to stay in this hotel, so that is something you need to take into consideration if you are allergic to animals. I also tried out their gem. It's small but they do have racked free weights and stretch bands and even some mats if you're wanting to do floor work. The picture on their website of the gym is accurate. They have a bike, an elliptical and a treadmill. I'm just looking for a safe place to stay. I would not recommend this as an exceptional place, but it's safe and seems to be relatively clean with the exception of the bathrooms. I would just bring Clorox wipes and wear flip flops.

So good had to stop back again on the way home. Staff very nice and welcoming. Rooms very comfortable and clean(huge suite 2 queen size beds) Thanks to the staff we're so happy to return anytime.... Really.

We will stay here again. We had two separate stays. One night on our way up north which was perfect. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Couldn't have asked for more. Almost 2 weeks later we stayed one night on our way back down south. We stayed in the same room. The bed was perfect, clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the shower looked like someone forgot to clean it from the previous guest.There was long black hair all in the shower. Also the guests above us were very heavy footed for many hours into the night. I called down and the front desk spoke to them. It helped for the most part. We ended up getting to sleep a lot later than I would have liked, knowing I had a 12 hour drive home the next day. The staff were great the whole time. Every single one. It's apparent that customer service is very important here. I really appreciated that. They did give us a discount for that second night. We would stay here again. Other than the bathroom shower you could tell how clean the rooms were. Even the bathroom fan had no dust in it. Both stays the breakfast was great too! Other than remembering to clean the bathroom thoroughly, keep up the good work!!
